Open terms of serviceKey Points
- Contract Period: Minimum 12 months, automatically renewed
- Cancellation: Must be done at least 30 days before the contract period expires
- Right of Withdrawal: 14 days for consumers (does not apply to domain registration after registration is completed)
- Backup: Daily backup stored for at least 14 days
- Support: Available via email and phone
- Payment: Invoice or credit card, prepayment for 12 months
